Planning on running a yoga nidra class for kids! Sign up starts now and once I have 5 or more kiddos we shall pick a day, it will run either biweekly or monthly (and if it’s a huge hit weekly) just a quick 15 minutes. Yoga nidra is just a calm mind focused exercise. The kids will need to bring either a blanket and pillow or a yoga mat to lay comfortably on. I am tracking down spaces to do it and will find one as soon as i know how many people will be attending ☺️
