Recalibrate and cleanse your nervous system with Selma, who will lead this class with her voice and sound bowls while Lauren gives mini reiki treatments to each participant.

Every Thursday at 6PM for 8 weeks starting on January 22nd, Akhyra will lead a low impact 45-minute gentle hatha yoga class followed by a 15-minute cool down meditation with sound and guided prompts.

Each class will take place in our zen-like fitness studio for all genders, mobility, and experience levels. It will:

For the winter months, we have Kundalini and Hatha Yoga classes starting next week (limited space, so check our website!).

Lauren’s books are open for Reflexology, Reiki, & Tarot. The website isn’t open yet for booking appointments, so just inbox on here and we’ll set you up 🫶🏼 Lauren also accepts massage gift cards, as we are still down to one massage therapist with limited availability (if you know of a massage therapist who wants to work in a zen like space, send them our way!).

Established by Lauren McComber in 2017 as Lotus + Sage. A first of its kind in Kahnawake, the Lotus + Sage Holistic Center opened its doors in June 2018. It offers a variety of alternative wholistic healing modalities for the body, mind, heart and soul.
