Every Thursday at 6PM for 8 weeks starting on January 22nd, Akhyra will lead a low impact 45-minute gentle hatha yoga class followed by a 15-minute cool down meditation with sound and guided prompts.

Each class will take place in our zen-like fitness studio for all genders, mobility, and experience levels. It will:

This 4-week Self-Love Kundalini Yoga series with Maya Khamala is an invitation to turn gently toward yourself, as an intimate practice of listening and remembering.

Many of us offer patience and kindness so readily to others, yet struggle to extend the same care inward. Self-love is not always comfortable; it can surface grief, resistance, or long-held habits of self-neglect. And still, returning to ourselves in this way is meaningful work—quietly radical and deeply worthwhile.

Each class interweaves breathwork, rhythmic movement, mantra, meditation, and deep relaxation to support physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
