When working with trauma stored in the bodyand even in the delicate fascia; force can create resistance.

✨Your nervous system needs to feel safe before it will let go✨

In my sessions, I use intentional, mindful pressure to invite release instead of forcing it. This approach works with your body’s rhythms, calming the nervous system so the fascia and tissues can soften, unwind, and reset.

The result? Longer lasting relief, deeper emotional release, and a body that trusts the process enough to truly heal. 🤍
