Do these sound familiar?

Have you been a victim to these statements before?
I know I have been to some of these, and many more!

Life is too short to be held back by these beliefs.

Inside my 1:1 coaching, I help women reconnect to their bodies through a blend of science and soul — structured strength training, metabolic health, and lifestyle structure

No more diet trends or extremely long workouts that don’t want to do.

Together we build awareness around your habits, nutrition, mindset, and activity to get a baseline of where you are at.
Then we integrate your programming, metabolic support, and work on stacking habits and structure that serves you and your goals.

Lastly, and this is my favourite part. You build autonomy through momentum and mastery through grasping concepts on how your program and protocols are built for you and only you, and how to continue to implement these tools into your lifestyle long after your graduation.

The ultimate end goal is for you to see visible strength, have more energy, and feel at home in a body that reflects the effort you’ve put in.

This is the Lift & Live Method

The things you beat yourself down with, would you say those to a friend?

I didn’t think so.

You only get one body. Treat it with kindness and respect, and it will treat you back.

The term ‘Metabolic Health’ has been getting used quite frequently in the social media space so let’s break down the things we can do to help improve it.

1. Build Muscle — More muscle = better insulin sensitivity and lower metabolic syndrome risk.
2. Fuel Consistently - Consistent fuelling stabilizes insulin response and supports metabolic flexibility.
3. Balance Blood Sugar —Controlled glucose levels reduce risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
4. Sleep — Sleep restriction reduces insulin sensitivity by up to 30%.
5. Move Daily —Physical activity reduces metabolic syndrome and improves lipid + glucose regulation.
6. Stress — High stress correlates with insulin resistance and visceral fat gain.
7. Stay Hydrated — Water supports digestion, nutrient transport, and cellular energy.

BONUS:
Train your heart ♥️— Cardiovascular fitness improves oxygen use, nutrient delivery, and insulin sensitivity.

Which of these are you struggling with the most?

OPEN ME

It’s not the workout you missed,
or the steps you didn’t hit,
or that glass of wine you had at dinner on Saturday night that’s keeping you stuck.

It’s your all-or-nothing perfectionist mindset that’s getting in the way of you seeing real progress, and the constant cycle of ‘starting again on Monday’ turns into burning out from starting strong an fading fast.

This is your permission slip to stop that cycle 💪

OPEN ME

I help women towards their physical goals, whatever that might be. I’m like the passenger princess giving directions on a long road trip.

But I’m not blindly leading you so that we get lost along the way. I’ve already my GPS going, google maps directions printed incase we have no service, and snacks incase we run out of gas.

Along with getting to your goal, you will crave continued autonomy in your health and fitness, and no more blindly following plans. You’ll learn these strategies and habits for life.

And you’ll finally understand the importance and impact of your health and fitness for longevity instead of constantly saving free workouts and diets on your Pinterest boards that will never see the light of day.

This is your permission slip to stop winging it.

Hath no fear, carbs are here!

Carbs are your body’s main energy source, especially for your brain, muscles, and nervous system.

They are broken down in glucose and:

🔋 Fuels your workouts
🧠 Feeds your brain
💪 Supports recovery
🌙 Regulates hormones and stress

They are not your enemy, they are your friend.

Drop a 🍝 if you’re ready to lift to feel stronger and eat better

You’ve probably heard that training fasted burns more fat.
But here’s the truth: it burns you out faster than it burns fat.

When you lift on empty, your body’s running low on glycogen (your muscle’s main fuel).
That means more fatigue, and less strength built over time.

And for women — it can mess with energy, recovery, and even hormones.

This is where the Fuel > Fear Framework comes in.

So many women have been taught to fear food — to believe that eating before a workout will make them “undo” their progress.

But fuelling isn’t failure. It’s foundational.

When you start to fuel your body instead of fear it, you build consistency, confidence, and long-term strength.

So if you’ve been skipping breakfast to “earn your workout,” this is your sign:
🥯 grab the snack
🏋️ lift the weights
💪 fuel your progress

Because “strongish” isn’t about shrinking — it’s about supporting your strength.

Fuel your body. Don’t fear it.

I love being my crazy little self at weddings — the one dancing barefoot, hyping up the bride, laughing way too loud.

For so long, I thought I had to shrink myself — be quieter, smaller, more “put together.”

But every time I let the real me take up space — the fun, messy, goofy, loud version — I feel free.

The moment you stop editing yourself to fit in… you start attracting the people and energy meant for you.

Be your whole self. The world doesn’t need a smaller you. It needs the one who laughs from her gut and lives from her heart. 🩷
