This week marks our 15th anniversary! 🎉

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Kamloops community for supporting our clinic over the past 15 years. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with so many incredible practitioners and to be trusted with your care throughout the years.

For a number of years we have been providing gifts for families at the Y Women's Shelter at Christmas - it's one of our favourite days of the season when Laura and I get to play "Christmas elf" and deliver all the gifts to the shelter! This year it was truly a team effort - with the help of our friends and colleagues at Wild Roots Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Kamloops Bodyworkx, Total Health Clinic, Gathercole Chiropractic & Massage, acupuncturist Jen Larsen and Somatic Therapy practitioner Sara Ryan, and some very special friends, we were able to provide ALL the families at the shelter with gifts for the holidays. Thank you all for your caring and generosity - our hearts are full ❤️❤️❤️

Our clients are amazing!! Charlene is going to be riding the Terry Fox Foundation National Ride of Hope, where she rides 7000km (all the way across Canada!) over 32 days to raise money for cancer research. WOW!!!! Check out her story and support their effort here:

Charlene Eden is originally from the beautiful Gaspe Coast in Quebec and now resides in Kamloops, British Columbia, with her husband Brett and three fur kids.
