Most of the weight women see on the scale during the holidays is not fat gain.

It’s water, inflammation, glycogen refill, sodium, alcohol, and stress hormones doing exactly what they’re designed to do.

Fat gain doesn’t happen from one Christmas dinner.
It happens after — when women panic, skip meals, drop protein, stop lifting, and try to “burn it off.”
