Not trying to be judgey, but sunscreen is pretty important... 😬

If you only commit to one skincare habit for the rest of your life, let it be sunscreen.

It is hands down the most effective way to protect your skin, slow visible aging, and keep it healthy long-term. UV exposure is the biggest driver of fine lines, pigmentation, and collagen breakdown, and SPF is your daily defence against all of it.

And let’s clear this up while we’re here. Wearing sunscreen does not mean you won’t get tan! That’s a myth. You can still tan while using SPF; you’re just doing it more gradually and safely, without cooking your skin. ☀️

Apply it every morning. Reapply throughout the day. Your skin will appreciate it.
