🌿 Not All Back Pain Comes from the Spine! 🌿
Sometimes, your lower back pain isn’t really from your spine — it may actually start from your tight abdomen or deep core muscles that pull and compress your lower back.
Here’s how it happens 👇
🔹 1. Psoas Major (Deep Hip Flexor)
This deep muscle connects your lumbar spine to your thigh bone.
When it becomes tight, it pulls your lower back into an arch — causing pain in the low back, groin, or even the front of your abdomen.
🔹 2. Re**us Abdominis & Oblique Muscles (Front & Side of the Abdomen)
Prolonged sitting, stress, or shallow breathing can cause these muscles to tense up.
When they stay tight, they pull your pelvis forward and put extra pressure on your lower back.
🔹 3. Increased Intra-abdominal Pressure
Bloating, shallow breathing, or abdominal tension can increase pressure inside your core — pushing against your lower spine and creating back discomfort.
