Kristina has been part of our studio family for over 3 years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her presence. She’s a woman of many talents — creative, skilled, and always bringing unique, thoughtful themes to her classes. Saturdays from Nov 22 – Dec 13, 2–3 PM | Ages 6–10

A fun and grounding drop-off class where kids explore movement, breath, mindfulness, and other parts of the yoga practice in a playful, supportive space—just for them!

Drop-off class. Parents, go take an hour for yourself… maybe even grab a coffee. You’ve earned it!
