If more sleep was the fix, you’d wake up feeling better. 👀

But a lot of people are getting enough sleep and still feel drained. That’s usually a sign something else is going on.

Fatigue often isn’t one clear cause. It’s things adding up in the background. Medications can make you feel drowsy. Low iron or B12 can leave you feeling depleted. Hormone changes, stress, and even poor-quality sleep can all play a role.

The hard part is trying to sort through it on your own.

We get it. When symptoms go away, it feels like the problem is gone too.

But in many cases, the medication is the reason you’re feeling better in the first place.

Stopping early can bring symptoms back, sometimes stronger, interrupt your progress, or even make treatment less effective long term.

A lot of medications are designed to be taken for a full course or consistently over time. Feeling better is a good sign, but it doesn’t always mean your body is done healing.

If something feels off, or you’re thinking about stopping a medication, talk to your provider first. There’s always a way to adjust safely if needed.
