If all you did today was breathe, that's fine.
It's fine if getting out of bed today was a struggle, even though you felt productive and accomplished a lot the day before. The fact that you are productive on some days demonstrates that you CAN and WANT to be. Be gentle with yourself - the good days are confirmation that the tough days do not stay forever.
Things will start improving. You're doing really well. Each day should be taken as it comes. It's important to recognize that not every day is pleasant. Respect that people's lives can be difficult on a daily basis, yet they give their best every day. And that humans require rest from time to time. It's also important to remember that it's all right. Just breathe.
