❄️December is almost here! Stay warm with a hot yoga class, or dress cozy for a Yin class ❄️

❄️Take a peak at Holliday Class Schedules
❄️Classes are filling up- please sign up ahead on the Mind Body App, and if you can’t make it to class please remove yourself from the class list so someone else can enjoy practice!
❄️ Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get set up- no late arrivals as the door locks when class begins
❄️ Only bring the essentials into the hot room and be mindful of mat placement under the sticker
❄️ No talking in the hot room as it’s a meditation space
❄️Please don’t attend classes sick- it’s unsafe to be in the hot room if you don’t feel 100%
❄️ Breathe!

We acknowledge our studio is located on the unceded territory of the Secwépemc people, and we recognize the truth of what happened in residential schools and the lasting impacts carried within communities.

May our practice today remind us to listen deeply, to hold space for healing, and to walk together in reconciliation.
