✨ What is QHHT? ✨
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a powerful method developed by Dolores Cannon that helps people access the deepest parts of themselves—their subconscious, or what some might call the higher self.

In a QHHT session, you're gently guided into a relaxed, natural trance state, similar to daydreaming or that place between sleep and wakefulness. From there, you can explore meaningful memories, connect with your inner wisdom, and receive insight, clarity, and even healing.
