How does stress affects our health?🤔
There are many factors that can lead to the onset of chronic and debilitating stress.

⭕️When your body is in a constant state of stress, it can have some pretty major repercussions on your life. The body is not meant to be in a constant state of stress. It doesn’t allow the body to go into important states of repair and rest.
This can lead to a breakdown of vital cellular processes, certain organ functions, and ultimately manifest as disease. Chronic stress has been linked to issues like heart disease, diabetes, and depression.
