Research indicates the following aout toddler development of social skills.

1. They learn how to connect with others within the love of their family.

2. With mother and father, they discover comfort, safety, and playful exploration—key foundations for trust and confidence.

3. Parents help toddlers manage feelings and grow in empathy.

4. Siblings add another layer of learning, offering chances to share, cooperate, and even resolve small conflicts. These simple daily moments become lessons in kindness, patience, and communication.

5. By watching and imitating, toddlers practice turn-taking, expressing emotions, and understanding others.

Family life becomes a warm classroom where belonging and friendship begin to grow.
