JF just spent 10 days in Quebec City with teaching an intensive course for professionals called “Expert In Running”.

Along with helping organize the course, he also shared his clinical and scientific expertise on knee pain, osteoarthritis, running after joint replacement, the latest science on footwear, how to design a research study, and his clinical frameworks for assessing and treating complex injuries.

Did you know that JF has been practicing as a physiotherapist and teaching about running injury prevention and management with for 15+ years? We’re so lucky to have his expertise in house at 🙌

Posted • We just wrapped up The Running Clinic’s Course 2.0 Expert In Running - the most advanced running-related professional development course out there, designed for professionals who have experience treating runners and who aspire to become experts in the field.

An incredible group gathered for a week-long intensive course diving deep into all things running - from injury assessment and treatment to performance, footwear, nutrition, and more, learning from interdisciplinary experts (doctors, physiotherapists, researchers, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and coaches).

Feeling inspired, challenged, and ready to bring it all back to our communities! 🏃‍♂️💥

On Saturday we had a great day supporting the Wild One Trail Run by - a trail run to raise funds for youth mental health initiatives in Kelowna BC. It was our third year sponsoring First Aid and Running Health and it was amazing to be around the positive vibes of the runners and supporters!

We’re thrilled to welcome to Sydney McNulty, Registered Physiotherapist to our growing MoveMed Physiotherapy Team! 🙌

A fellow runner and currently a new mom, Sydney is joining us in the clinic on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting Monday, September 15th!

With 5 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist, her skill set includes education, exercise prescription, manual therapy, dry-needling (IMS), shockwave, and running assessments 🤩

She has a special interest in treating running injuries, knee pain, foot pain, shoulder pain, and ice sport injuries.
