Katharine Hansen Counselling Services I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapist o I am offering Online and In Person Sessions.

I specialize in helping people who are struggling with Grief, Life transition, Infertility, Depression, Anxiety and Stress. I believe that no matter where you are in your journey of healing, there is always hope for healing. I have been on my own healing journey since I was very young age, and I understand how hard it can be to take steps into places we have been avoiding. It is my goal as a counsellor to meet you wherever you are at in your journey, and hold space for you there, always believing in your own ability to heal and grow. In counselling we will be exploring your dilemma through many different therapy lenses, with the focus on your feelings and how your current situation, your past, your family system, and your core beliefs all affect your current dilemma.
