Join us for an intimate Pilates and Breathwork session designed to restore, stretch, and rejuvenate your body.

Pilates with Maria: We will use soft toning ball and focus on exercises that promote ribcage expansion and flexibility. These techniques will aid in improving lung capacity and breath depth, allowing you to experience the full benefits of mindful breathing.
Engage and strengthen your abdominal and intercostal muscles with targeted movements. These exercises will not only support better posture but also contribute to a stronger and more resilient core.

Breathwork with Jenny: In this breath practice, we'll be embarking on a transformative experience designed to elevate your awareness and connect you deeply with your consciousness. Through focused breathing techniques, we'll work to alchemize your body - shifting your energy and potentially unlocking new insights.
This practice is about more than just breathing, it's an opportunity to explore your inner landscape and tap into your body's innate wisdom. Whether you're new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, approach this session with an open mind and heart.

After the session, unwind with a glass of bubbly or kombucha. This is more than just a workout – it's a chance to connect with your body and leave feeling restored and refreshed.

The thing about perspective is….

You arrive at it by feeling present and calm beforehand, open-minded.

It’s your current state of being.

AND It’s the state of being which naturally follows after you get the ‘news’.

The state of our mind (the mind we want to feel and be) needs nourishment.

When I figured that out this is what i did:

I figured out my values - what my goals were and what I wanted to make priority in my life. This involves a shift in perspective towards self-awareness and clarity about what truly matters to you.

I stopped listening to the overwhelming advice of others, especially those that didn’t fully understand my values and beliefs. This represents a perspective shift towards trusting your own judgment and aligning with your authentic self.

I stopped doing activities mindlessly. Reminding myself that every activity was to be done with presence.

I realized that in order to flow with life I was going to have to give up control, and surrender to what comes my way. This is a perspective shift from needing control to embracing flow and acceptance of life’s unpredictability.

I started to change patterns and rewire my thoughts with practices on a consistent basis. Shifting from a habitual, unconscious perspective to a mindful, present-focused perspective.

And this was probably the hardest part for me, developing the discipline of consistency and being my own team motivator.

But this is not something that needs to be done alone.

Support from a community, a real one with connections, conversations and daily encouragement and support.

Sooooo I’m inviting you to do this together…..

It’s a group just for this and I’m looking for those of you who want change in your life.

Those of you who want to be more present, break the habits and see from the perspective of your super-potential.

The group will be very accessible to all.

If you’re interested in joining me (us) on this journey of presence and potential DM me and let me know how you struggle with presence in your life or just comment that you are interested. This is private so no need to worry about me sharing any of your thoughts.
