As we enter the final month of the 2025/2026 season, we are feeling emotional. And it is because of you.

This season began with a last minute location change. It felt uncertain at first, but you showed up. You supported our small family business and embraced the new space in a way that meant more than you know.

We have always hoped to create more than a sauna in downtown Kelowna. A place where people can connect. With each other. With nature. With themselves.

This morning, a regular dropped off a small polaroid of the sauna. A simple gesture, but one that meant everything. It reminded us why we do this.

Thank you for believing in good heat, cold water, and shared moments. Thank you for helping us keep this dream alive in Kelowna.

If you feel so compelled, look for last minute sessions during the week, our booking system shows how many seats have already been booked… if you see 6 available, you may just have the sauna all to yourself 😍

Sauna can be for all ages when done thoughtfully. ♨️🤍

In Nordic cultures, children grow up around sauna. It is never about pushing limits, but about comfort, care, and learning to listen to the body.

A few gentle guidelines when children are in the sauna:
• Lower benches are best since heat rises
• Sauna hats help keep little heads cool
• Short sessions are more than enough
• Hydration and supervision are key
• Comfort always comes first

If it feels too hot, it is time to step out. No pressure, ever.

Every child is different. Start low, go slow, and let comfort lead the was.
