In Finland, sauna is family time.

It’s where generations gather — parents, grandparents, kids — to share quiet moments, stories, and laughter that rise with the steam.

Children start low, on the cooler benches, learning to listen to their bodies and ease into the warmth. Together, over time, they climb higher, growing into the rhythm of heat, cold, and calm.

At Löyly Floating Sauna, we carry that same spirit here on Okanagan Lake — a local, family-run space, built to bring people closer through the simple ritual of sauna and plunge.
