Our brains are incredible. They are hardwired to protect us - to prepare for the worst and to take steps to keep us safe. Thank you, dear brain!
Sometimes, this can leave us left in a state of worry or concern. What if - WHAT IF - we also allowed ourselves to imagine the best case scenario? What IF we knock that job talk out of the park? What if we do that scary thing and it turns out to be not so scary after all?
We are allowed to shift our narratives and choose what we focus our attention on. What is one best case scenario you would like to imagine? How might shifting your focus support you to live into a positive outcome?
