Meet Abby - our latest student physiotherapist!

Over the past six weeks, Abby has been learning under our downtown team and shadowing Physiotherapist Manny, bringing curiosity, compassion, and an incredible work ethic to every session.

Here’s a bit about her journey
+ What inspired her: “I got to watch my mom, who’s a physiotherapist, love her career and her patients-it made me want to follow in her footsteps.”
• Biggest takeaway: “Use the support and expertise around you to grow- you have more to offer than you think!”
• Future goals: To explore and specialize in vestibular therapy.
• Outside the clinic: Mountain biking, running, figure skating, skiing... or cozying up with Gilmore Girls.

Behind this number is something bigger: connection, inclusion, and the joy of sport. Together, our Motionball team raised $4,000+ in support of Special Olympic athletes.

Say hi to Teegan ✨

Our Downtown Clinic Manager who keeps everything flowing smoothly behind the desk.
She joined Sun City in 2024 after moving from Montréal, and we are so glad she did!

As clinic manager, Teegan plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. She supports our team, guide the patient experience, and help foster the welcoming environment Sun City has been known for throughout our 25+ years in the community.

A few fun things we have learned about Teegan:
🏒 She’s a dedicated oilers fan
🌊 She loves to hangout near the water
🎶& if you hear 2000’s pop rock playing in the clinic, chances are Teegan’s got the aux!

Teegan, you keep us organized, supported, and smiling—downtown wouldn’t be the same without ya! ☀️💛

We’ve been training and stretching, so we are ready to go! Team powered by Physio is really excited to get together tomorrow and play for a cause 🏐
