If you aren't investigating all 4 of these areas you are not getting to the root cause of Gut and Skin Health.

Microbiome: balance of good bacteria, parasites, yeast, pathogenic bacteria, immune markers digestive enzymes. I use stool testing along with TCM diagnosis.

Immune system: A unregulated immune system will attack cells that are healthy and not work as hard to remove pathogens from the body. I love using herbs, because they know how to REGULATE instead of turning up an immune system that is unregulated!

Emotions: Most practitioners don't address this, and therefore the body will remain in a state of dis-ease. The physical treatment will also not work as good if there is an emotional block in the body. I address this using homeopathy, acupuncture and hypnotherapy.

Hormones: High stress, sluggish liver, insulin imbalance all cause hormonal problems. Remember hormone problems are another symptom that something is not working in the body, so you have to dig deep and figure out the organ/ gland that is sluggish and balance the system.
