I’m so proud of her.

I’m proud that she got started (again!)

I’m proud that she picked herself back up, over and over and over again when she slipped back into old patterns.

I’m proud that she finally stopped swearing off everything she loved until she “arrived”.

I’m proud that she stopped doing punishing workouts she dreaded.

I’m proud she kept going even when the progress felt slow.

I’m proud she didn’t skip one special occasion in the pursuit of a number on the scale.

I’m proud she allowed herself to be uncomfortable in the process over and over and over again.

And I’m so proud of who she became along the way.

I can honestly say, that I feel better in my body than I ever have in my entire life. And no, it’s not just about some stupid number on the scale.

Sleep, energy, mood, mindset, appetite, craving control, confidence… all of it.

It feels incredible.

Plus, I’ve learned that your body will constantly give you little reminders of how good it feels to feel good.

Like effortlessly slipping on whatever outfit you want.

Liking the photos you see of yourself.

Trusting yourself around food.

Waking up feeling rested, energized and refreshed.

It’s large, Marg.

But my success certainly wasn’t luck. Or good genetics 😂

It came from years and years of trial and error. Tons of mistakes, tons of lessons and a ton of failed attempts.

But now?

I have the process so dialled in, that it’s not only making me feel the best I ever have, it’s giving my clients the exact same results.

Stop putting yourself through the mental battlefield of wanting to lose weight and not being able to make it happen for good.

All the effort, all the work, all the healthy meals just to lose a few pounds and then gain it all back in a few months anyway.

Long-term weight loss doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by making a decision, understanding how to work with your body and hormones rather than fighting against them, and having an accountability system so you stay committed.

This is how I have maintained a 100% success rate inside my 8-week weight loss program, Mindset + Metabolism. We don’t do gimmicky shakes, bars or supplements. But listen, friend to friend… that can end today. You’re one decision away from having a completely different outcome on January 1st.

👉 You don’t have to commit to being perfect
👉 You don’t have to go totally alcohol free
👉 You don’t have to skip everything that makes the holiday season special
👉You don’t have to go to any extremes

I don’t plan on doing any of that ^ and I still know I’ll show up in January feeling great!

Because I’ve built a solid foundation with the right tools and systems in place, so that I get to have it all. Even after countless, countless years of overindulging during the holidays, only to restrict in January.

This is the perfect time of year to recommit to yourself.

Why not decide to end the year feeling like you’re 3 steps ahead? And even if you take one step backwards between Christmas and New Year’s, you’d still be ahead come January!
