I think the most important thing for women to remember is;
Not every day, week or month is going to be our absolute best. But we still need to just stay the course, and do whatever we can, when we can.

Progress isn’t linear, it ebbs and flows - just like life.

But little by little, a little becomes a lot. 🤍

That’s why I created the bliss membership, no extra pressure, no guilt trips for when you just don’t have it in you. Just epic workouts and support when YOU need it.

I’ve seen it a million times…

We start with a physical goal, and overtime we fall in love with everything else it brings into our lives.

Now I’m not saying the physical results aren’t amazing, because they can definitely make you feel some kinda way about yourself (and we need that)- but a lot of us stick with it for the things data cannot measure.

And I think that’s pretty freaking awesome. 🤍

They say the heaviest weight at the gym is… the front door.
I have to say, they’re not wrong.

But if you can shift your mindset, push through those days when sitting down seems so much more appealing and flex your willpower. You’ll actually change your whole life. 💁‍♀️

The trickle effect from moving and fuelling your body spreads far and wide too. You’ll care more about yourself (Self Love), you’ll respect yourself more (Self Respect), you’ll believe in yourself way more (Self Belief) and you’ll probably inspire those around you to do the same. 🧡

So not just you but, everyone you know and love gets to become the best possible version of themselves.. if that’s not the biggest win. 🏆

It’s hard to articulate the feeling sometimes, but whenever I see a busy woman making herself a priority, I just know she’s making the world a better place, by becoming who she wants to be. 👏👏

Huge congrats to our 8 Week Challenge Winner

She did the work, she went all in and she learned, grew (muscles), and inspired so many women along the way. 💪

That’s it, that’s the foundation was built on and that’s the message every woman’s coach ever is trying to deliver. 💁‍♀️🧡💪

Things I’ve witnessed training women for over an era that work… but almost nobody wants to do.

1. Taking your time with mobility work before lifting
👉 A complete game changer in your lifting form and recovery. Imagine actually getting the absolute most out of your lifts without injuring yourself… worth it.

2. Increasing your weights, even just a little every week.
👉 Getting stronger means lifting heavier, lifting heavier means longer rest times between sets. Allowing your body to recover before digging into it again.

3. Taking a deload week after absolutely crushing it.
👉 The time range varies, but if you’re experiencing signs of fatigue or general exhaustion; it’s usually a good indicator. You can deload by lowering your weights, reduce intensity, or just lighten the load completely by focusing on LISS (low intensity steady state) activities such as cardio, mobility, yoga, etc.

Getting out of the mindset that fitness is a “quick fix” and that it’s actually a life long journey, that adds to your life is the biggest game changer. Ever. Period. 💪

Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s highlight reel and focus on yourself. 1% better for YOU is all that matters.

Social media gives us this illusion that everyone is crushing it all the freaking time, and I’m gonna be straight with you… That’s a blatant lie. 💁‍♀️

We’re all human, and we may be living in the same crazy world, but we definitely DO NOT have the same 24 hours.

Some of us are just doing our best to keep everything in our lives fed, entertained… alive (yes I means kids, husbands, dogs, cats, ourselves). So just showing up everyday for ourselves is a huge win. 🏆

Take those little wins!! 👏👏👏👏

- taking 1x daily for over a month now and noticing much faster recovery from workouts and injuries.

🧰 BPC-157
- taking 2 doses daily (orally). I will say I was very hesitate but my nagging elbow and wrist injuries have almost completely healed and I haven’t stopped lifting! For me; this is worth it!

🍊 VITAMIN C (Liposomal)
- I have always mega dosed vitamin c (2000-5000mgs), but just recently I made the swap to Liposomal and was able to lower my dose, and my immune system is slaying 🦠 🐉’s!

Highly suggest a good quality Vitamin C for the colder (indoor) seasons. 🍁 ❄️

Taking a typical fitness challenge to the next level...

Back in 2015 when Certified Master Trainer- Monique Kabel decided to launch her first transformation challenge it was pretty standard. Dubbed the bikini freak challenge, the winner of a 12 week transformation challenge won a prize pack provided by fitness industry companies such as; PharmaFreak, FitMark Bag, Muscle Rich Apparel and PROMixx.

As time went on, like most things in life, the challenge slowly began to evolve. It soon became the Bikini Bliss Challenge with the mission statement always being to help women become empowered to love their bodies. The grand prizes began to morph as well, shifting from being strictly fitness related products to a custom designed bikini, because oddly enough, you would be surprised how many women have never owned or put on a bikini. So in 2017, Monique partnered with Sarah Marie Bikini, an up and coming bikini designer from Grand Prairie, Alberta.

Fast forward to spring 2018. The Bikini Bliss Challenge is yet again taken to another level when Master Trainer- Monique, partners with Ashlee Krutzfeldt (better known as AJK Photography) and joins forces with Nicci Lee for the Destination- Hawaii 2019 Challenge!

The transformation that the challenge has taken alone is proof that when we work hard on something (whether it be our bodies or goals) positive things can (and will) happen.
