As we move towards the final push of the season, it’s so easy to wonder why it didn’t feel as good as we hoped it would.

Something I’ve learned is that when you actually let yourself rest more, you experience the season differently. You’re not just getting through it. You’re more present. The small moments land. It feels fuller, not just busier.

Slowing down doesn’t take anything away.
It helps you enjoy more.

If the holidays have left you feeling drained in the past, try incorporating more rest so that this season feels more meaningful this time.

Here’s how you can nurture that space:

-Set aside a quiet corner where you feel comfortable and undisturbed
-Use soft lighting or candles to create a calming atmosphere
-Allow yourself to feel without judgment - your emotions are valid
-Practice gentle self-talk and remind yourself that healing takes time
