✨ A Few Seats Left for Sunday Night! ✨

There are still a few seats available for my very first Magical Mosaics lamp workshop in Kelowna this Sunday at 6:30 PM at the wonderful Work of Art Pottery Studio.

A few people have asked if I’m the big company that travels around BC and Alberta teaching these classes each month. I’m not — they’re a large corporate operation, kind of like the Starbucks of the mosaic lamp world.

I’m just a local artist and creator, a one-woman show, teaching something magical right here in our community. 💛

If you’re looking for something fun, chill, and easy to do in a relaxed environment, come join me and a lovely group of creative humans for an evening of colour, light, and making something beautiful with your own hands.

No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and enjoy the process.

The best thing i learned last week on podcasts:

History has shown us this pattern again and again — keep the public arguing with each other so they never stop to look up and ask bigger questions about power, wealth, and who benefits from the system staying exactly the way it is.

Division is a strategy.

Conflict keeps people distracted.

But when ordinary people start recognizing their shared struggles, something powerful happens. Empathy grows. Awareness grows. And suddenly the conversation shifts from fighting each other… to questioning the structures above us.

Unity has always been the thing systems of power fear the most 💗

Gaslighting is a strange kind of psychological magic trick.

Not the fun kind with rabbits and top hats.
The unsettling kind where someone slowly tries to convince you that what you clearly saw… didn’t happen.

You remember the conversation.
They remember a different conversation.

You remember the boundary.
They remember you being “too sensitive.”

You remember the hurt.
They remember you being “dramatic.”

And suddenly you’re standing there, holding your own reality like a fragile glass bowl, wondering if maybe you dropped it somewhere along the way.

That’s the thing about gaslighting.
It doesn’t arrive with a villain’s cape.

It arrives dressed as concern.
As logic.
As someone calmly explaining why your feelings are incorrect.

But here’s the gentle truth your nervous system already knows:

Confusion is often the smoke signal of manipulation.

Your body notices when something doesn’t add up.
Your intuition taps you on the shoulder.
Your inner truth quietly says, “Wait… that’s not how it happened.”

You are allowed to trust that voice.

You are allowed to trust your memory.
Your feelings.
Your perception.

Reality does not need to be negotiated.

And the moment you begin trusting yourself again, the spell begins to crack.

Little by little, your clarity returns.
And with it, your power.
