Spend a nourishing Sunday morning with your little one in this gentle, supportive class. Enjoy 45 minutes of yoga to stretch, strengthen, and bond with your baby, followed by a 30-minute sharing circle where parents can connect, ask questions, and openly discuss the challenges and joys of life with a newborn. This is a safe space to feel heard, validated, and supported as you navigate the postpartum journey.

Guided by Diana Steadman, experienced yoga teacher and postpartum doula, the class offers expert care and a warm, welcoming environment to move, breathe, and share in community.

This offering is open to moms and caregivers of babes up to 12 months of age. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.

✨Top 3 Reasons to Bring Your Baby to a Chiropractor✨

1️⃣ Head shape changes or directional preference – If your baby tends to look one way or has flatness on one side, it could be due to tension or restrictions in the neck from development or birth. Gentle chiropractic care can help restore comfortable, balanced movement.

2️⃣ Difficulty breastfeeding or latching – Tension in the neck and jaw or uncoordinated tongue movements can make feeding frustrating for both baby and parent. Releasing these areas can support a more effective, comfortable latch.
