Holiday! ✨️🪄❄️🗝🌙🔥👽🌠🪆🕯🗝🚪🌟🔮❤️

I'm resting, letting go. Learning to let go when things aren't wrapped up neatly and tidily.

Life isn't neat and tidy.

Thank you to all my teachers who have helped me to learn how to allow, and to loosen my grip of control.

I can guide, support, direct, connect, but there are limits on what I can do.

I won't give in to the hustle and urgency because urgency, feeling rushed, and moving too fast is a trauma response and can activate your nervous system to protect.

We move slow, surely, with purpose, sure footed. Grounded.

I'm honing in on my parameters.

I'll be returning in January with more clarity on my gifts, strengths, and talents and how I can best use them to help guide and support you.

This chapter isn't over yet, for me the true new year is the lunar one, however, I can't pass up any markers in time for a chance to reflect, reassess, recalibrate..........(ruminating and rambling? 😉)

Happy 4th Birthday to Painted Key Art Therapy! It was hard to choose just 20 photos to summarize the wonder, magic, and creativity that happened in this studio over the past year. I am so incredibly in awe of everyone who came, who processed, who trusted me to guide them to look within.

I cannot wait for what's to come! I have learned, deepened, expanded, grown, traveled through portals, and I'm ready to share it all with you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to you all. I couldn't do this without you. You inspire me, encourage me and make it all worthwhile.
