Techniques and expertise offered for: black out poetry, creating stamps, repurposing recycled art, mixed media collage and more.

This is a casual drop in open studio style event with two art therapy facilitators on hand to offer guidance with art making and insight oriented art making prompts.

My heart cracks and breaks open (gently) 💔 to make room to hold this new grief

The river flows one path with calmer waters is acceptance

The other path I'm fighting it the whole way.

I'm at a cross roads but I've passed through the portal.

I'm stepping up into my new sovereignty 👑
