So tenacious of life
Take root and begin

I have been to the top and climbed from the depths, so I know the path well (enough) 🔦

Art this week.

A business heart led connection

My first session of DBT and Art Therapy Distress Tolerance continuing education course. Experimenting with mindfulness and watercolors, slowing down and using all 5 senses to become more present in the moment and overcome feelings of distress or discomfort.

My personal art around my fear of letting people down, and in the art you can see clearly people in the hot air balloons are being lifted up over challenges and direct themselves with help from the wind 🌬🎈🪂🏔
