Hi, my name is Sarah Bolton and I'm the founder of SJB Counselling. I'm passionate about supporting nurses, healthcare professionals, first responders and others on their personal journeys and through challenges including anxiety, depression, ptsd and grief. At SJB Counselling, we value Connection, Growth, Encouragement, and Truth. Our Vision is to help medical professionals thrive in their careers and also in their personal lives.
