In April 2021, Jennifer headed out on a new path by opening her own clinic in Kemptville Ontario, named Somata Massage Therapy. She graduated from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in April 2016, and became registered in July 2016. She has been a practicing RMT for the last 5 years in Russell, ON. Jennifer specializes in deep tissue, fascial release, Swedish massage, and pre-natal massage. And has treated clients for a variety of conditions such as sciatica, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries, scar tissue, as well as those suffering from chronic pain, PTSD, stress, anxiety, MS, and many more. Jennifer is currently taking Yoga Teacher training, and plans to continue her studies in Craniosacral Therapy in the Fall of 2021. Jennifer currently lives with her husband, two children, and two kittens in South Mountain, ON. She loves being outdoors, working in her garden, kayaking, hiking, camping, relaxing at the beach, and hopes to return to power lifting in the near future.
