How’s your week going so far?
I don’t know about you, but at times I’ve noticed myself drifting out of my body lately, rushing, overthinking, moving on autopilot.

It’s wild how quickly we disconnect from ourselves just trying to get through the day.
⠀
But the body is always the place we come back to. Not perfectly… just honestly. It’s that shift inward, out of the swirl of doing, thinking, reacting, and back into your own experience.
⠀
It can look like:
✨️ Noticing your breath instead of your to-do list
✨️ Feeling your feet on the ground
✨️Realizing, “Oh… I’ve been tense,” and letting your shoulders soften
✨️Checking in with how your body actually feels, not how you think you should feel
✨️Pausing long enough to hear your own thoughts instead of everything around you

And sometimes it’s even simpler as...
a slow breath,
shoulders dropping a little,
that moment when everything finally gets quiet enough for you to actually feel yourself again.

If this week feels busy or a bit scrambled, consider this your reminder to pause for a few seconds and check in.

You don’t have to fix anything.
Just come back to yourself. 💜
