We teach them the self-guiding tools to maintain optimal performance and resiliency.
This is how: F3
1. The first F is FOUNDATION = BREATHING
- Breath sets the foundation
- Learn how to choose the correct breathing technique to either enhance performance and/or to help calm down after.
- Strengthening the ‘dimmer switch’ of the Nervous System in-order to have more control when in the face of adversity.
2. The second F is FORM = ALIGNMENT
- The aspect of the physical body’s alignment and its role in recovery and resiliency.
- Unwinding the tension in the fascial body and recreating new pathways for more applicable and efficient fascial tonality.
3. The third F is FUNCTION = MOVEMENT
- Reinforcement of crucial ranges of motion PLUS strengthening isolated tissue groups required to be at peak performance level when in ‘action’.
We have first hand knowledge and understanding of first responder and military mindsets; physical demands of their work and the repercussions of the constant stressors on them as a result of the numerous tasks that these professionals are required to perform to fulfill their duties.
We have a background in body mechanics, breathing and focusing techniques and relaxation strategies. These skills are adapted and taught in the different ‘languages’ of who requires the tools and what the demands are of their job.
