If you're pregnant or postpartum, this may be the program for you 🙌

At Alma Family Chiropractic, I'll be offering my first ever ALL LEVELS Perinatal Rehab Program 💪

The sessions are 1 hour long for 6 weeks. Starting Friday, November 21st and running until December 22nd (the only Monday exception) at 11am.

We will be covering breathwork, core and pelvic floor activation, glute and postural conditioning 💓

These classes may be billable under your extended health care benefits (chiropractic rehabilitation)
