A big thank you to RED DOT CAFE in Osgoode for hosting our Caregiver Café on Tuesday evening! Our caregivers enjoyed the delicious treats, cozy atmosphere, and the chance to relax, connect, and share with others who understand the caregiving journey.

I have finally found some downtime to update some pictures here from our last event in the Gazebo on Friday evening. What a wonderful night it was. It has been a blessing to connect with some beautiful creative people over the past few months.

Tania’s goal is to help your find your “Bliss” within your yoga practice. Wither it’s to regain or maintain your overall health. Tania offers a variety of therapeutic styles of Hatha Yoga. Some of the styles that Tania teaches are Gentle, Restorative and Hot Stone Restorative, Pre and Post Natal Yoga. You can join Tania for one of her classes at South Mountain Resource Room, located in South Mountain. Tania also provides a more personal touch. One on One Yoga sessions are also available in the calm sanctuary of her home Yoga studio, and other locations.
