SPLIT STRONG: . Each class will focus on a particular muscle group. Monday might be legs while Wednesday and Thursday are upper body, you never know what class will be. Everyone is welcome to join
Yoga: Yoga with Laurie Jo is back for two classes! Come on down for a free class.
Strong Body: Join Kim for morning hour class to get your workout in early
Strong Mama Series: For mom's looking to get back into fitness, come with or without your little one under 2.
Sportsplex: In partnership with the OPP for youth aged 12-20 join us at the sportsplex for an open field night.
Step It Up: Join Kim for a lunch hour step class to get your heart pumping, all on your lunch hour!
Strong Groove: Move to the music while getting your steps and cardio in, finish the class with a couple rounds of strength, with instructor Kim
Mom & Babe Yoga: Join Joanna for a free yoga class, for moms with littles a chance to bond with baby.
Zumba: Join Jenna to dance the night away
