Big changes are happening at Little Oak!
It is with bitter sweet feelings that I announce that the Main St clinic of Little Oak Wellness will be closing as of October 31st. As this season comes to an end, I can't help but feel grateful for all the love and support I have recieved from my team, our patient's, and our community. I feel so blessed by the opportunities this time has given me; for serving patients, for building community, and for personal growth.
We might be closing the doors to the Main St Clinic, but we are still here. I will continue to see my patients at a new location as a sole practitioner and the rest of the team will be in various locations around town. As of Nov 3rd, all patients of Dr. Cindl Coulson, ND will now be seen at 106A 5th Ave S.
I am grateful to be able to take the time to rest, reset and focus on my family, my faith, and my patients.
