The Sunset Country Family Health Team is continuing to test our relaunched Online Appointment Booking (OAB) system. We have successfully relaunched OAB for the Keewatin Site, and are ready to expand this service.

For our next test phase, we're reintroducing online booking for the Lakeside Site.

This testing phase helps us make sure everything works smoothly before expanding the service more broadly.

Due to LifeLabs' reduced hours, is offering temporary URGENT blood collection services from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

ALL should understand:
• Urgent blood collection only - routine or non urgent bloodwork should continue to be booked through LifeLabs
• Wait times may exceed 1 hour
• Walk in only — no appointments
• Patients must register in the main lobby to be seen in the Lab
• Patients must bring all requisitions/orders — we cannot call physicians for them

LWDH has not received additional staffing or funding to expand these services. Your patience and understanding is appreciated as our lab staff work hard to manage this increased demand safely.
