One of the most important things you can do for your health is to stay on top of breast cancer screening. If you’re eligible, a mammogram through the Ontario Breast Screening Program is quick, safe, and offered at no cost with a valid OHIP card. Take care of yourself, and encourage the people you care about to do the same!
