I have been really drawn to sound bowls the past month.

There is going to be things you are more drawn to depending on your need in the moment. Embrace it, your body knows what it wants. If it doesnt feel right, keep looking until you find what does.
I suggest creating a routine. I remember when I had my reiki level 1 I started meditating every morning.
Now I meditate once a week I will add in a second if I feel more emotional or something is off during the week.
The ability to talk your self through your problem, understanding the root, acknowledging the issue then allowing it to leave you is something that we don't talk about enough. The issue will keep showing up until you do the work. If it is holding on then journal. Maybe it is a learned behavior, maybe it is an irrational fear, whatever the issue is there is a root. Find it, acknowledge it and release it. Give it a hug it has taught you something. Thank it, show gratitude to that issue for coming to your attention. You likely had to pull yourself out of emotional turmoil, you realized moments of strength.
Anyone who comes for a session, I hope leaves feeling lighter, empowered and realizing they have the ability to change their lives. Reiki helps acknowledge, feel and release. The power is all you.
Take that time for yourself. We are more than just our jobs, we are people who are on this earth to learn, to live, to love and experience all in this life we want to.
