Rebecca is on leave until August 4, 2025. If you would like to be in touch with her, please send her an email rebecca@adaptivemindset.ca, as she will be sporadically checking her emails during her leave. She will not be taking on any new clients or booking appointments until she is back in office.

This is Teddy, the office pup! This handsome boy will occasionally visit the office to say hi to Rebecca. Teddy is extremely friendly and so much so he will leave with anyone who gives him cuddles, treats, and love. If you see him at the office and want to pet him, let us know. He is eager to to say hi to people. We welcome Teddy as the newest Adaptive Mindset family!
