Notice of price increase,
Effective December 1st, my rates will change to the following:
60 minutes: $90
90 minutes: $130
45 minutes: $72.50
30 minutes: $55

Reminder that I am not accepting new clients as much as I appreciate the referrals. If you know someone who is looking for an RMT or you can not currently get in with me, I encourage you to book in with Bethany Hayes RMT or Courtney Foster - BA. Kin, RMT at https://thehealingstation.ca/. They both will take very well care of your needs.

New and exciting news!
I have now completely switched over to a new booking system named “Janeapp”. If you have an existing appointment booked with me, it has now been moved over to this booking website at the same time and day it was booked. I am pleased to say that this website has more features than my last one including sharing emails with family members, text and email reminders and requesting to be one a waitlist. Another exciting part of this change is opening up the ability to book 30, 45 and 90 minute appointments online in addition to the 60 minute appointments.

Summer time booking has my schedule filled up! The next available appointment I have is July 29th at 3:30pm.

Happy to announce that Courtney Foster is joining us all at The Healing Station later this month. She will be filling our last room making this a packed house of healing care!

Improper breathing mechanics can lead to compression of the lower spine. When the pelvis tilts forward and the diaphragm tilts back (typical poor posture), each breath, instead of creating stability for the spine, creates compression.
