It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our employees.

Jason Aldred was the finest kind and an all around amazing human being who lifted the spirits of those around him. He showed up every shift to make a difference in the lives of others and had a profound impact on everyone he worked with. Jason had a passion for working with persons of all abilities, but thrived supporting persons with complex support needs. He was famous for his sense of humor, positivity and his ability to connect with anyone. Those who had the privilege to share the floor with Jason can speak to the confidence he instilled in those around him and his ability to boost morale.

Jason was kind, considerate and treated everyone with dignity and respect. Our condolences go out to his family. On behalf of all of us at New Visions we want to express gratitude and appreciation for the time he spent with our organization and the lasting impact Jason made on the lives of the staff and participants he supported.

A little extra holiday cheer to share! 🎄 Two homes, several big hearts, and lots of creativity.

We’re always mindful of sensory needs, so we got creative to make sure everyone could experience the joy of Christmas. This year, our participants designed and decorated a beautiful “wall tree” — completely their own masterpiece!

Our staff truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone is included in every aspect of life, just as it should be. We’re so proud of this wonderful team and the joy they help create every day ❤️
