Did you know Kentville has free equipment rental!!! Stay active with skis, Snowshoes and more!

After much anticipation, we are happy to announce that the Free Equipment Loan program will be launching a new booking system, Booqable, opening on January 13th! The first rental pick-up time slot will be Friday, January 16th.

The Equipment Loan Program will also newly operate out of the Recreation Hub (800 West Main Street) rather than Town Hall.

Pick-up times will be Fridays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and return times will be Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.

Something magical is happening in Downtown Kentville… 👀
From November 17 to December 21, one sneaky little elf hand-crafted by local artist will be making surprise appearances at 10 downtown businesses!

Here’s how it works ⤵️
🧝‍♀️ Every Monday & Friday, we’ll post a close-up photo of the elf hiding somewhere in town.
💬 Comment on the post with the name of the business where you think the elf is hiding.
🎁 Guess correctly and you’ll be entered to win $50 in Downtown Dollars!
📸 Want to seriously boost your odds? Find the elf in person, take a photo, and post it to your story or feed. Just be sure to tag for 50 bonus entries!

There’ll be 10 lucky winners by the end of the hunt, so the more you play (and explore!), the better your chances to win.
