Hey friends! With the last days of summer swiftly going by and the kids going back to school (TOMORROW!) I figured it was time to get back into yoga, and I thought that a good ol yoga challenge would be a fantastic way to jump back in! SO here is the 30 days of yoga challenge! This is just a fun challenge, so if you want to participate thatβs awesome, if you miss a day or 10 thatβs fine too!
I will be going live in the mornings probably around 7ish to do a 5-10 minute sequence that involves that days yoga posture, it will stay in the group That Good Vibe Yoga forever I think so you can watch anytime! At the end of the 30 days we will finish with a couple of Sun Salutations that are the staple of any yoga class! SO after this 30 days you should have what you need to do yoga at home whenever you want! I tried to plan it so that each posture leads into the next so that if put all together it would be like a full yoga class!
I am also hoping to offer yoga classes in luseland in the near future, with the pandemic and the return to school the beginning of September will be pretty exhausting so look for more news in the next couple of weeks!!
