Too many times, women in their 20s and 30s suffer from acne, but they continue to look for the right skin care products that will clear their skin.

In reality, this doesn’t help everyone. Especially if you’re a woman over 20.

So, if you’re still looking for the right skin product, here’s why it’s causing your goal to stay stale.👇🏻

When I’m searching for ‘better’ skin care, it actually shifts my focus away from looking for the actual problem.

But I was unaware of this. So, for a long time, I continued to struggle every day with painful skin despite using good products.

And just when I thought I had to live with this forever, I had a breakthrough when I learned my hormones were behind it all.🤯

I started to find out the diet and lifestyle that aggravated my hormones, which brought up the acne. Because your skin is not separate from what you eat and what you do - it’s a part of your body.

Your body needs a variety of nutrients with a combination of lifestyle habits to work optimally with.

When done right, this triggers your body to release the right hormones at the right times.
And this keeps your skin healthy and happy.🥰

I’m so happy to see women in their 20s and 30s finally achieve clear skin and stop making the same mistake of continuous product hunting.

I can now live worry-free about what my skin looks like while also knowing I’m healthier on the inside, too.

I’m curious.
Does this resonate with you?
Have you made this mistake before?

I remember when my family doctor told me this.
Maybe you've heard the same. (Mostly in the past.)

But let's just think about it for a minute. Or many minutes.

Our body gets its building blocks from food.
Our body includes our skin.
So, how could food not affect our skin?

Okay, I’m not hating on the docs who've said this.
I think what they meant was that there was no exact correlation proven between acne and food.
Plus, they only knew what they knew.

Funny though that it's something I wanted to believe in.🙄 Because, well, you know, food.🫶🏻

But yes, if you were wondering if food affects your acne..
Well..
Does food affect your body?

Here's to healing your acne!

Sometimes we wait for the ‘perfect’ time to make changes, like taking up a new habit or getting fit.

I, for one, am prone to doing so because of my perfectionistic tendencies.

But here's the irony..

Waiting for that perfect time will cost you your time.🕛🕧🕐🕜🕑

That said, there certainly may be a ‘better’ time to take up an endeavour.
But I’ve learned not to wait for something that may not exist.

And honestly, I'd say the ‘right’ time is usually when you’ve realized that you need to or want to make a change.

If you’ve been wanting to make a change for your skin, don’t wait.

Right now is the right time.

I love me my Korean dishes🥰

This is Kong-gooksoo, aka noodles in a cold soup made of soybeans.

A nice simple cold treat on a hot summer day.

Traditionally, wheat noodles are used, but we used buckwheat noodles.

So much goodness.🤤

Just one example of healthy & tasty on Seulbe's menu, if you were curious about what this doc eats😉
