The next time you see a tree, connect with it. Feel its story and listen to the heart beat of everything deeply connected with it.
We live in busy digital noise, exposing us to frequencies bomambarding our bodies. Exposure to natural settings has been associated with reduced stress levels, lower cortisol, improved mood, and enhanced immune function. The mental health benefits are almost immediate.
Trees are vitally connected to us and they can foster a sense of physiological and psychological restoration.
It's this interconnectiveness of energy exchange that has me contemplate a connection between whether there could be an even deeper connection to these complex living giants. One that could explain paranormal phenomena such as residual hauntings. But we can explore that once more another time.
