It is believed that the death of Jesus Christ, by way of crucifixion, occurred at 3pm. From this point until what is described to be his resurrection. The death of Jesus was thought to tear the veil and over the next 3 days, dark souls and negative "demonic" energies walked among the living in defiance of Christ.

It is Good Friday and we are now in the liminal period where the veil between worlds is at its thinnest, increasing the chances for spirit to make its presence felt.

Paranormal Investigators and enthusiasts utilize this time with hopes that they may engage and document evidence of increased paranormal activity.

Do you ever notice any increase in activity during these times?

The next time you see a tree, connect with it. Feel its story and listen to the heart beat of everything deeply connected with it.

We live in busy digital noise, exposing us to frequencies bomambarding our bodies. Exposure to natural settings has been associated with reduced stress levels, lower cortisol, improved mood, and enhanced immune function. The mental health benefits are almost immediate.

Trees are vitally connected to us and they can foster a sense of physiological and psychological restoration.

It's this interconnectiveness of energy exchange that has me contemplate a connection between whether there could be an even deeper connection to these complex living giants. One that could explain paranormal phenomena such as residual hauntings. But we can explore that once more another time.

It can be quite exhilarating when you finally come to hear the voices of those who no longer remain among us in the living world. The voices of the dead, whether they be experienced through some methods of ITC (Instrumental Trans-Communication) or some measure of Clairaudience are a gift of acknowledgment.

You are gifted with the energy used to create that auditory phenomena. If we accept the presence of spirits to be true then we must acknowledge that they are ethereal beings that deserve our respect.

Always give thanks for your evidence and interaction, no matter the intent or what is said. The energy it takes to break into our reality was crafted into what was given.
