Do tools harbor alleged abilities to summon when not in use? Should we fear the infamous ouija? In my personal opinion. No. I mean if you wish to look ridiculous and cower away from the sight of such items, all the power to you but the not so secret truth is the power has always been coming from us. No matter what we use. In the case of a ouija board, the board is just a point of focus while we channel our energy to the outcome we're seeking. The board is just a board. The same with pendulums, dowsing rods and other fun divination techniques. You are the deciding factor, the point of perception in all these circumstances.
There are more chances that your phone has a direct line to the paranormal with all the sensors it has projecting and recieving into the environment. Which is rather ironic seeing as so many of us, yours truly included, have dismissed them from investigations. Mainly due to how easyily they can be manipulated by non honest person. And in this field.... Well I'm sorry but reality sucks and there are so many liars out there among you all.

We are capable of so much more than we were ever allowed to have percieved. Half the world denounces such things to be true whilst still kneeling to sculpted texts that would have fear the very things they describe as prophetic or miraculous open your minds and see beyond the written words. See beyond your physical constraints. The methods for divination are as numerous and limited only by the limitations of your imagination.

Its a new year with new opportunities abound. For some, as it has been
for myself, it often feels like a step forward is met with two steps backward. Just remind yourselves to keep going because there might be cake at the end of it. Metaphorically obviously.

We all have our own mountains to climb. Whilst some announce theirs publicly, others such as myself prefer to keep this quiet. The does provide me with a focus that I lack in other areas of my life. I have a lot of health factors that have prevented me from living a fulfilled life, both physical and mental. My weight-loss journey still continues though my habits for self sabotage have made it more and more difficult, the yoyo seems to reset on heavier weights restarting everything again...
Consistency... Has a warped definition in my head apparently.

Well who knows maybe there's a group of us that want to start a paranormal weight loss journey too keep each each other more accountable... or maybe thats a terrible idea. I don't know.

The want and understanding for change has always been there but has been underwhelmingly crushed by weight of habit. Of which most of my other health concerns which I won't list off have stemmed from my .

The reality is it has affected my relationships with family and friends by affecting my .

Now I'm not saying I'm closing up shop with , at all! Its obviously not at its full potential and I will be looking to have others join the team in more hands on capacity so that we can grow and support not just the community around us but other teams also.

The reality is that you can't be a vulnerable individual in regards to your health if you wish to investigate the unknown. So I have to make my health my priority, and I will need help with that.

I will still help those that come to us or I will, as I have done in the past, pair clients with competent teams that are available.

And if teams require any footage looked at or EVPs listened to I'm always happy to assist in that regard also.

Other than that happy new year everyone, may we make the best of who we are.

A new chapter is beginning for one of Sauk Centre’s most iconic destinations.

We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Kelley Freese, who has officially passed the torch at the The Palmer House Hotel, Restaurant & Pub after 24 years of ownership. Kelley’s dedication, vision, and steady leadership helped preserve this treasured landmark and solidify it as a must-visit destination on Minnesota’s Original Main Street. We are deeply grateful for her many years of service, not only to the Palmer House, but also to Visit Sauk Centre through her longtime role on our Board of Directors. Her impact on local tourism will be felt for years to come.

We’re also excited to welcome David Schrader as the new owner of the Palmer House Hotel, Restaurant & Pub. Dave is no stranger to this historic space or to Sauk Centre. Through his paranormal work and events with The Paranormal 60, he has spent countless hours within these walls, building a deep appreciation for the stories, character, and soul of the Palmer House. In many ways, this place already feels like home to him and that makes this transition especially meaningful.

Sauk Centre’s tourism story is rooted in history, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences, and we’re confident the Palmer House will continue to be a cornerstone of that story for visitors and locals alike. Congratulations to Kelley on a job beautifully done, and welcome to Dave as he steps into this exciting next chapter.
