Tomorrow evening (Thursday 20th November 2025) The Georgina Paranormal Society will be holding their public meeting at the M.W. Becker Funeral Home in Keswick, ON from 7 to 9pm.

The event will centered on the topic of Near Death Experiences and will feature a special guest speaker, Mr Mark Sadgrove,
Founder of The Canadian Moose World Travelling Ice Hockey Club, will be sharing his personal NDE experience and how it changed his outlook on life lived and his perspective on Death.

GPS will be collecting donations at this meeting for the Georgina Feral Cat Committee.
Donations of cat food (especially kitten food), litter, toys, towels, carriers and beds are appreciated.

We hope to see you there as we will be there to show our support for our paranormal colleagues and Georgina community.

Fraud can come in many different packages and it's important to be aware that there are individuals that spread misinformation, falsify details for attention, and are just generally not divulging important facts. We have seen a few of these individuals be exposed through the years, which is always possible when they are in the public eye. Many in the paranormal community turn a blind eye simply because they refuse to be involved in the drama. There are others that share the details and get persecuted, especially if the individuals in the wrong are popular. They only way to combat fraud is to help educate with good information and to make sure you keep a high standard for your team and investigations. But you should be careful who you associate with because people wear all sorts of masks.

These are tools (old ones, if we're specifically talking the K-II emf meter) meant for detecting electromagnetic fields. They are not PKE (Psychokinetic Energy Meters) from Ghost busters. They do not show you where Casper the Ghost is hiding.

You don't need to arm your teams with a hundred EMF meters of the same variety.

They're used is primarily for establishing sources of EM in baseline investigations.

Alleged, spirit manifestations may disrupt EM fields. But the spirit themselves have not been assessed to generate their own electro magnetic properties. It COULD be that their manifestation into our dimension or reality causes an interaction with these energy fields. In reality there's no science to confirm this.

A debunked theory from the 1970s falsely linked EMF fluctuations to paranormal activity. This led to the unshielded K-II EMF meter, designed for detecting electrical fields in commercial settings, being misrepresented as a ghost detector on TV, where it's used as a flashy prop. As a result, many people wrongly believe this false theory and believe the K-II meter can detect paranormal entities.

may be over, but that doesn't mean we should jump straight into the decor.
It doesn't take much to remember those that sacrificed their lives past and present for the freedoms that we have today.

Its the world they fought for then that has given you the choices of today. November 11th will mark . It is my opinion that veterans deserve more than that of just the one day. We are bound by the sacrifices on all sides of conflict to remember that these warriors first sacrifice wasn't just to their countries but to their families and sweethearts. The photos that they carried close to their hearts.

So before you pull out those Christmas or Thanksgiving (US) decorations, be sure to take the time to show reverence to our heroes.
