It was a full house today at Douglas Baptist Church for their first meeting of ‘Coffee and Conversation.’

Keswick Compounding Pharmacy owner Greg MacKay shared helpful advice on: reviewing your medication profile and what information you should add or update, tips when preparing to travel, pros and cons of blister/bubble packing your medications, pharmacist assessments and prescribing, and advice on navigating healthcare if you don’t have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

Horizon’s Seniors Health program is partnering with Zoomers in Balance to offer quarterly education sessions for seniors online!

The first virtual session is on Feb. 19, 2026 at 1 p.m AST. and is titled:
