Working with the body’s innate ability to heal, I aim to bring balance back to your life, and help you feel better in your body. I welcome all ages and treat diverse conditions using a variety of massage and osteopathic techniques–including deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, mobilizations, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques–all aimed at improving mobility and circulation while decreasing pain and discomfort. Outside of the clinic you can find me exploring the mountains with my family and friends: on foot, two wheels, skinny skis, and canoe. I have been practicing as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since 2007.
