Sundays I like to set us up for the week, sometimes it's prep snacks or dinners, sometimes its breakfast. Do you like to prep for the week? How do you normally prep?

Today it was sheet pancakes baked in oven, I made bacon, sausage and boiled eggs, leftovers are in the fridge for quick reheat.

Banana apple oatmeal muffins, low in sugar, added h**p hearts for extra omega & protein. Great for on the run. Sometimes I have one for breakfast with my Greek yogurt and berries.

Roasted almonds, olive oil, smoked paprika, smoked sea salt and tajin. Roasted in air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes.

I also cleaned and organized my spice drawers and the most used cupboards and drawers in my kitchen. Feels so good to refresh.

I love our Sunday brunch. I love doing oven pancakes.. so simple and easy to use what you have. I make our favorite pancake recipe, I doubled the Ingredients to fit to a large baking sheet.. bake at 400F for 15 to 20 mins.. yum 😋

Today we have chocolate chip, blackberry or banana, walnut option.

Freeze, label your leftover pizza. Heat from frozen, in air fryer or oven and kids can enjoy it as snack or lunch. Stuckless Healing Co.

Best Before dates vs expiry dates
Best before - when food is at its best quality and taste. If you do the smell test, and it's not liquidity or moldy, then it's good to use.

Things like yogurt, cheese, milk, cream, bread items can be purchased and frozen.

Expiry dates - the legal requirement that a food product is safe to consume. Foods past their expiry dste are considered unsafe to consume because there may be certain mold spores or bacteria that we can't see.

Meats can be frozen by expiry date if not used, vitimans should be disguarded.
