So many women in perimenopause are sitting in a body that can change


but they’re following strategies that were never designed for this season.

My client inside HHS is the perfect example.

She wasn’t “doing it wrong.”

She had simply outgrown the tools she was using.

She came to me exhausted, inflamed, gaining instead of losing, and quietly wondering


“Why am I doing everything right and still moving backward?”

You know this feeling — that moment you realize it’s not a willpower problem.

Waking up puffy {and staying puffy all day} isn’t “just hormones”

Some days, it feels like you’re doing everything right
 and still not seeing results.

You’re eating clean.
Getting your steps in.
Cutting back on sugar.
Tracking your protein.
And the scale? Still not moving.

It’s easy to think your body’s just
 stuck. Or worse, broken.

But here’s the truth:

It’s not about trying harder.

And it’s not just about willpower.

👉 It’s about what’s happening on a cellular level.

👉 And unless you get to the root - your metabolism won’t shift.

Inflammation. Cortisol. Blood sugar. Hormones. Depleted minerals.
