Being consciously aware of what you are thinking about creates the opportunity to change your focus. Regroup, rethink and recreate. If you continuously concentrate on the negative thoughts, situations and ideas then you will bring more of that negativity into your life. Have you ever wondered why you have bad days? Perhaps it was only five minutes of a negative experience that you have milked all day: one thought leads to another and one negative situation creates the next. When you are aware of your stinking thinking then you can consciously regroup your energy and emotions, rethink your thought patterns , re-create the possibilities and outcome.
